Rated 2 out of 5 by TIM525 from Touch Review is to Senstive I've had this product for about 4-5 months now. The build is very good and I would of given the durability a 5. However the right head phone started to act weird. The sound quality is going on it. The sound quality is good. However I think it could be a tad bit louder. The technology is good. Connectivity is easy and fast. The touch features are a great idea. However they are impractical because they are so sensitive. If you have one of the buds out of your ear, it will hit against your body and think you are touching it. This gets really annoying so I end up locking the touch features and not using them at all. I have hung up on many people because of this. The staff at the Harman store in NYC were nice when I was there. So I will go back and let them know what's going on with this product and see if they could either repair or swap the product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Lilian from Broken within a week I bought my JBL response because my old earphones would always brake (the wires always started to fall apart) So i was very excited when I found this product as I was told that is was extremely durable. Sadly, within a weeks purchase (after two uses), the left touchscreen of my JBL stopped working, so I could only fast forward and not back and I now still have an expensive headphone which doesn't work.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Toni H from Lack of guideline/manual I quite satisfied with the headset quality but it seems do not have much details to guide user how to use it. For example, I don't know how to check the headset battery level, how to use the voice control function. Moreover, it was advertise as it could be control by waving fingers (gesture), but I do not find out anywhere for the manual of that gesture functions.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Thep from Pairing disconnect I found that if I put Reflect Response idle for several minutes, it will disconnect from the phone (iPhone). Also, I can not directly tap connect Reflect Response. Connection Unsuccessful. I have to tap Forget this device and reconnect again. It is inconvenience. Unlike my other bluetooth equipment, I will automatically connect. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TONWAT from Put headphone first then turn on. I use this headset daily for work and it is working great. The neck piece fits well, not too tight and not too loose. The sensor on both earbuds are very sensitive so you should put them on first then turn on the unit. The power button is easy to find after wearing it so I do this all the time. Then touch left bud for 4 sec to lock the sensor.

Rated 3 out of 5 by RAMI from Almost There! I bought them as a replacement to my broken Jaybirds, the sound is good, the bass is solid and not muddy, the fit is weightless, however the touch is sooo sensitive without any volume control. I really doubt the designer of this product ever visited the gym, so i tend to lock the earbuds !
