The Studio 570 system features dual 5-1/4-inch (130-millimeter) cast-frame low-frequency transducers for powerful bass output in the JBL® tradition. Its PolyPlas™ woofer cones are ribbed for strength and stiffness, which reduce distortion. Rubber woofer surrounds permit long cone excursions for increased output with minimal heat and distortion, even at high listening levels. And a rear-facing port increases and extends bass output and response.

1-1/2" (38mm) woofer voice coils with Symmetrical Field Geometry™ technology
The outstanding bass performance of the JBL® Studio 570 floorstanding loudspeaker comes from its 1-1/2-inch (38-millimeter) low-frequency voice coils with proprietary Symmetrical Field Geometry™ (SFG) technology, which maintains a symmetrical magnetic field in the voice-coil gap. The field ensures linear cone travel, provides high power-handling capability and dramatically reduces harmonic distortion.

Low-loss, two-way crossover network
The Studio 570 floorstanding loudspeaker includes the justly famous JBL® advanced engineering and construction. We’ve built the Studio 570 from only high-quality materials and components – including low-loss crossover networks that reduce distortion and coloration, and rigid, heavily braced MDF (medium-density fiberboard) enclosures with non-parallel surfaces to reduce unwanted resonances.
