Rated 5 out of 5 by from SOLID I bought these looking for a overall outgoing kind of sound. I didn't find that but i did find that they have a very solid nice sound. If you're going for a quality sound these are good and also cheap for the quality they give.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Got these headphones for my son for Christmas. One of the earbuds didn't work so I contacted via email for a replacement. A month later he finally has headphones. But not these. We bought somewhere else because it took this long for him to finally get the replacement. I asked for a refund and was assured I'd get one. A week later, no refund and a replacement set came. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great sound. Fall out easily Bought 2 weeks ago, sound great and don't fall out as long as you don't move. Tried wearing them running, even wrapped the wire around my ear, constantly fell out. The right one was especially problematic because the weight of the mic pulls it out of your ear. Good leasure headphones, but don't expect to be able to run very far without constantly putting them back in your ear.

I am using C100si from 3days, My left earbud is quiter or less bassfull than the right one. Why don't they equally sound?

The earbuds have stopped working. It continues to flash the blue light and will not charge, are there any solutions to this? I’ve only had the earbuds for 3 months, disappointing.

The right side earbud has become significantly quieter than the left. It still works but I can only tell if it does by turning up the vol. stupidly loud. Not sure if broken or something blocking the speaker part.

hello,  The microphone seems to be TOO LOW on my earphone. People can barely hear me while i use it on a call or whatsapp and whaever. Is this normal? is there a way to raise the MIC volume? is it not working properly? thank you

How do you use the 1-button control to change tracks & answer calls (don't understand why instructions weren't included for this)?

The in-line 1-button universal remote and microphone is compatible with most smartphones. The button controls the following commands: pause/play, skip forward (next track), skip back (to beginning of current track or previous track), answer/end phone calls, and voice control/voice assistant. The button will also perform fast forward/fast reverse on iOS devices only. The long press on the volume up button will skip the track forward. Long press on the volume down button (-) will start the song over. Please note: you cannot skip tracks backward, you can only restart the previous song-you can only skip multiple tracks forward.
