Ur controller could use some help ,for the price it seems, (sorry) cheesy.the tabs should be colored & The back ground not. Wire perfect length, Xtra ear plugs to find ur perfect match for ur ears. Sound is great ,needs to be a lil higher . now its part of my body (earphones ) where i go it go's. Last night while trick N treating i heard some music from afar caught up to it low and behold JBL EXTREME SOUNDED GREAT I KNEW IT WAS FROM THE SOUND. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really Impressed - Great Sound - Great Fit Someone put a lot of thought into these headphones. First off, they came charged which meant I could try them right out of the box. It took me a couple of try's to find the right Fit with the included ear pieces but once I did they were perfect. Snug in my ear and comfortable. I took them running and they didn't move anywhere. The sound is great too. Well rounded and a surprising amount of bass. They were easy to connect to my iPhone and stayed connected even at some distance. The controls on the headpiece make them even better I now use them in the gym and on runs regularly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound and Great Fit! The first day that I had these I was already sold. I found them easy to pair with my iPhone 7 Plus and once I tweaked the sound settings in my phone the bass and sound was absolutely perfect. The way that they fit is wonderful in the fact that there is the right amount of wire that sits around my neck and not too much. When I first put them in my ears after customizing the fit I was beyond pleased that they did not fall out with normal movement so the customization was a plus for me. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helps With Your Workout Headphones sound great and fit well to keep you going during your workout! So far these seem to work very well and stay in place while being active. The fit takes a little getting used and wouldn't be very comfortable for extended use, but work great for 30-60 minutes workouts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convenience and function all in one! After having this product a few weeks and getting the opportunity to use it a few times, I've found they work great. Getting these earbuds properly fitted to my ears was the first step to great sound and that they come with so many different sized tips made it easy. Once I found the right size the sound was what I expected from JBL and the earbuds stayed in place while on my elliptical. The convenience of controlling volume and advancing to the next song is great and the design allows you to easily do this without having to slow down. The battery life is more than adequate for my needs and I was able to easily get several workouts between charges. I've not had the opportunity to use these while jogging but feel they would stay in place and work well. I am someone who heavy sweats and that will be my only concern if I should get to use them during a jog. Overall, despite getting these free to review, I feel these are well made and the sound quality is above that of many of your cheaper and equally priced earbuds and are ones I could easily see myself purchasing. My lower rating for durability is because I've only had them for a short period and I cannot honestly rate this category. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ear lock system actually works I have tried countless in ear buds for my workouts and have never found any that will stay in my ear for long ones, especially runs. I have had to constanty jam them into my ear throughout my workout for years. I've used Jaybirds (which, by the way is a good headphone and provides good quality sound) and tried all the sizes that come in the package as well as the Comply aftermarket bud tips. I've had other head phones and tried all sizes and shapes of tips and ultimately they all start falling out at some point, either due to sweat or the bouncing motion of a run or a combination of both. I understand that everyones ear channel is different (and even my left and right are different sizes) but this is the first ear bud system that is truly effective for me. The locking system, which I thought was probabaly no more than a gimmick actually works as advertsed for me. I bought them at Best Buy and played with all of the different sizes or locking pads and ear tips. I found the ones that were the most comfortable (and as I said, one ear is larger than the other) and went to the gym for a weight workout - no ploblems at all. The next day I used them on a 50 minute rowing machine workout - again no problems and they stayed snug even though I was into a considerable sweat 10 minutes into the workout. Yesterday the ultimate test - my 55 minute run. My route goes up and down hills and all of my previous head phones usually start falling out on a big downhill 20 min into the run. These didn't budge a nano inch. The battery life isnt quite as advertised. I used them on a cross country flight turning them on while on the the tarmac in Seattle and started hearing the "battery low" voice while taxiing into the gate in Philadelphia - a little under six hours. The tradeoff is worth it for me and I am extremely satisfied!!!

Hi Support, If I have the transmitting device about back waist height and the earbus in it cuts out frequently. The device pairs with other bluetooth devices no probs. Is it possible that there is something wrong with the earbuds?

I bought the headphone in Tokyo and used it only for jogging. It worked fine about ten times until a sudden shut down. After that I cannot turn it on and the LED does not light up when charging. Please advise how to reset or is there anything I can do?
