Everything is great
I never have issues with Bluetooth connection, I play basketball with these and I place my phone on the sidelines and never have my music cut out. I have a OnePlus 6 so not sure if the Bluetooth on this device is better than others, but nonetheless I'm very happy with my experience. Sound quality is great, with solid bass depending on how you position it in your ear. They've yet to fall out even a little bit despite all the running jumping and dribbling I do. It's only been about 2 weeks that I've had these during the writing if this review but hopefully these will last me a long time. Also extremely comfortable for me personally and the touch features are so friggin cool and way more useful than you might think.

Decent sound quality but not suitable for swimming
I bought JBL Endurance Dive last week to enjoy my 30 min swimming sessions. I`ve been using other JBL headphones and I`m happy with the sound - in this aspect Dive headphones do meet my expectations. With regards to using them while swimming - good quality sound lasts for max. 5 minutes (I`ve tested them for last 5 consecutive days). After 4-5 minutes of swimming in regular pool (under water 1-2 feet deep max) sound cuts off either in my left or right ear and it becomes very silent and distant, almost unable to be heard in the working ear ( when I'm getting into the pool the volume is on high). No matter what size of ear tips I use or how I put them on, the water gets into my ears ( I consider my ears regular size). The touch control function is not intuitive but I guess once you get used to it it's tolerable. They still sound during a run or a training session, just not in the water.
I'm giving only 1 star as the main purpose of buying Dive for me was the underwater use and they are not meeting my expectations, unfortunately.

Do not work for swimming.
I have bought these head phones for my swimming sessions and they just simply dont work well at all. I have tryed all of the ear buds to find a better fit and hopefully improve the way they work but with no luck. The touch functions are annoying and clumsy to use (good old fassion buttons would have been far better instaed of trying to be fancy). Even out of the water they do not seem to work well and for the life of me i cant make the sweet spot last long so that the sound doesn't sound muffled, when i move it just gets worse.......the good thing is they pysicaly fit well and the build quality looks well done.. BUT they just dont work!

Makes swimming even more fun
Make sure you read the user's manual so you learn how to lock the touch controls; otherwise the unit will not work well underwater. Sound quality is good as well as battery life. I swim 5x a week, 45 min each and I recharge it every week, however I have never ran out of battery while swimming.
My only complaint is that the quality of the in-ear rubber piece is not too good. It is too soft and water can get in your ear easily, affecting sound quality. I fixed this by replacing this part with a set of spare Beats earbud rubbers - which are more firm - and problem solved.
As a suggestion, put the headphone under the goggle's strap to make sure is not going to come out while you do breaststroke or butterfly.
Nothing like swimming to your favorite tracks.

Great Headphones
I like these very much. Comfortable and stylish. Sound if very good. The built in MP3 is very nice as it is just drag and drop for loading music onto it. Meaning I can add or remove songs easily on any computer. ON complaint would be getting used to the touch control. I often pause the music while trying to turn the volume up or down, but I'm sure I'll get used to it.

Impressive packaging, great quality product
I was impressed from the packaging to the product itself - the packaging is very thought out, solid, and easy to open (catches the eye as well) - kudos to JBL for caring! That being said the headphones themselves surprised me with clarity and decent sound despite being small as they are.
I haven't had them terribly long but from the feel of them I would confidently say I think they will hold up pretty well. When it is not so chilly in Florida I will definitely be using them in my pool - for now I use them on runs and in the gym which is nice to not have bulky headphones on my head. Returned
I bought the JBL dive with great expectations but disappointed to find it wouldn’t except AAC files from iTunes. After copying and converting my non protected iTunes files and downloading them to the DIVE I headed for the pool. Spent first 20 minutes of my swim trying to get them to work. I would start the music and as soon as they made contact with the water they would stop playing. I would stop, stand up and start the music again and try to finish the lap and they would immediately stop playing. After 7-8 try’s to get them to work I took them off and finished my swim. Returning turning them.

Awful product with no reedeming features
I purchased these headphones from REI as they were readily available and touted as waterproof. These are waterproof and they hold up well underware, the problem is they don't stay on! Once the entire unit is submerged in water the touch sensitive sensor will register water as user input. These headphones constantly turn off and on underwater. A mechanical button or a flexible diaphragm would honestly help much more there's literally no need for touch sensitive nonesess I understand the limitations in place but the solution provided is not the answer.

Can I use amazon music to download to the mp3?
As long as the file inside the unit is an Mp3 file, the Endurance dive should still play the music.

How do I create playlist with the MP3s?
An alternative option is to rename the files and set the same number for the songs that you wanted to be part of a playlist. (For example, 0 - name of song by name of singer/band.)

First of all there is a restriction of 99 files, so you can put "up to 200 songs" in to the device as you marketed. However, i followed all the steps, no folders, 99 files, but the MP3 still doesn't play. Can you please help?
