Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very impressed I’m not one to usually do reviews but feel passionate enough about these to take the time to do so. As a very active guy that runs a farm there was several criteria that these needed to fill, as I work in all sorts of weather and conditions durability and water resistance were top of the list and as I do long hours a decent battery life was important, also they needed to be comfortable and also not fall out constantly, Finally they had to be affordable. So far they have ticked every box, I used them for six hours straight on a charge this morning and they were still going strong so I’m happy that they look to live up to the figures quoted unlike some company’s who exaggerate these stats.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't understand all the fuss..... I purchased the Sprints yesterday, and I have nothing but praise for them. The fit is perfect, and the audio quality was beyond what I was expecting. A few reviews I read said they were a little bright. I adjusted the 4k band on my eq, and problem solved. Love the slamming bass and overall energetic sound. The fuss I was talking about was complaints on the controls. It took me about 5 minutes to figure it out, and im having no issues. Excellent job JBL!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The sound quality is good , they are easy to carry I liked them but the touch controls are horrible. not intuitive and whenever I tried to control the volume I end up either pausing the song or skipping tracks back or forward. atlest the volume control should have been separate from the the pause play and skip touch controls. may on the side rather than on the logo They are fine if you have a playlist and once you put them on, you are not going to touch them but that's not how things work in real life. I tried them for two weeks but i 'am still struggling with the touch control. Not wort the price tag of 50 bucks. I am planning on returning mine

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound, and Surprisingly Affordable. I bought these earbuds to wear to the gym, and was very surprised by the quality of the sound. I haven't had them very long, so I can't speak about the longevity, but they feel like they are made from a good quality material, and definitely don't feel cheap. I guess if I had to find something to complain about with these, I would say that the controls are VERY sensitive, I accidentally turn them all the time when I am wearing them around my neck on the way to the gym. I have also found that it is very hard to control the volume with the earbuds(user error?), not a huge deal, as I mainly control my volume with my phone anyways. The cord between the 2 buds is on the shorter side, so that is a good thing for me, so it doesn't get snagged on the neck of my shirt during my workout. I also really like the fact that these are magnetic, and the way you fit them into your ear, I find them very comfortable, and they have not came loose from my ear during my workouts. Overall, I would definitely recommend these earbuds to my friends and family. I hope this review helps!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They work great in water!! Just purchased these and have gone swimming with them they work great. I have had no issue with them shutting off as others have said. But the volume control is tricky. So I just use the volume control on my phone easy fix. They don't fall out or even move the magnetic part keeps them perfect. Purchased at Target for $39.99.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best product with very good price! Bought a month ago. Features are as described, battery least 7-8 hours and I think that is really good, it can be used for about 4 trainings. As sport product for me is the best, just 49€ against thousands of bucks for other products. Sound is really really Good. I don't fully understand how to get low or higher volume and it's not so clear and easy to do this directly by the earphones, but I'm fully satisfied!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wal-Mart JBL So I picked up at set of new JBL Sprint today on 8/21/2018. Let them charge for about 3 hours. Then I connected to my cell phone and boom... SIKE!!! No boom, and the audio was so low. So I checked my phone to see if the audio was turned down but no it was set "all the way up." So I read the user manual to see if the volume on the headsets was set too low. I swipe my finger up on the headset and it gave me a double beat pointing out that the volume was set to the highest point. I do want to say that I one a few JBL speakers and for the first time ever I feel like JBL let me down. Not sure if it's the headsets them self or if it's just a bad batch.

Can I swim with the JBL Endurance sprint? And for how long?

Asked by: Anjata
I got these to use for swimming. It seems that they immediately turn off even with a splash of water. Can this be fixed by changing the earpiece? I tried to use them with by bluetooth cell but the sound it cut off even if my head is above the water. What is the point of making them waterproof if you can't use them in the water. I understand that you can't go underwater, but these won't work above the water!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They keep turning off after a little while. I can maybe listen to music or watch a movie on the computer for about 5-15 minutes and then it turns off automatically. Is this a feature I gotta turn off or anyone knows how to fix it?

Asked by: Dalle
Hi there, please try to play music with a loud volume from your phone, a possible factor is that the volume on the phone is too low and the headphones are not detecting it as a signal, thus turning it off after 5-15 minutes. Increasing the volume of the phone should eliminate the problem. If that doesn't work, please submit a case request so we can assist you: https://support.jbl.com/us/en/customer-service/contact.html

I use my headphones in the car to take calls but they turn off after a couple of minutes if their not actively being used. Can have them stay on in standby mode like every other bluetooth headset I've had?

Asked by: Woody6084
Thanks for reaching out, Paul. This is normal. All of our products has either a battery saving mode or a power saving option. Unfortunately, this can't be turned off because it's mandated by the regulations in the (ErP) 2009/125/EC Directive for Energy-Related Products. Pls explain in more detail how to use the volume control. Thanks Sean

Asked by: Seano
This is correct. I kept trying to just slide my fingers up and down the ribbed portion and it only paused the song. Thanks Mouhamadou! Mouhamadou · 8 months ago You need to slide your finger down the whole earpiece in a quick movement.

do you have to first charge the headphones out of the box?

Asked by: Vader2001
The JBL Endurance Sprint comes with a factory charge when brand new, but it varies. With this, there is really no direct time-frame that we can provide for an initial charge. Unlike older devices that needs a certain amount of time plugged in initially, batteries now are better and does not require this. To keep the battery healthy, it is not advisable to drain the battery before charging it, small, frequent charges are better than charging it 0-100% at a time.

Is there a touch sensitivity control available for these or am I missing something? These are great but if they touch anything even my shirt (wearing them around my neck), the music comes on or It ends or begins a call.

Asked by: TwoTs

First two workouts, these worked fine (controls are a pain). The third workout, the music would begin skipping after about a minute. I turned off/on. Same thing. It's almost like I was holding down a fast-forward button. Any suggestions??
